.DISCUSSION...

Strong north winds will continue from now through the rest of this
morning. Winds will range between 40 to 60 mph with gusts to 70 mph
this morning. Scattered showers with isolated thunder will be
possible. Winds will gradually decrease this afternoon.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy until 1700, then mostly sunny(41
                    PERCENT). Snow likely until 0700, then chance
                    of rain until 1100, then slight chance of rain
                    until 1200.

Wind (20 ft)........Very windy. North winds 40-44 mph with gusts to
                    around 64 mph until 1200. 19-23 mph with gusts
