THICKEN THROUGH THE DAY ON THURSDAY. LIGHT AND VARIABLE WINDS
AT THE LOCATION ARE EXPECTED OVERNIGHT...SHIFTING TO THE LIGHT
SOUTHEASTERLY DIRECTION THURSDAY MORNING. WINDS THEN WILL BECOME
SOUTHERLY BY NOON AND SHIFT TO THE WESTERLY DIRECTION BY THE
