.DISCUSSION...
Cold and drier Tuesday as weak offshore flow develops. Winds at
the burn site will be light through the day. Light winds with
moderate humidity recovery Tuesday night. Humidity will begin to
increase on Wednesday with southwest winds strengthening as the
next trough of low pressure moves into Southern CA. Light snow
showers are possible late Wednesday afternoon into Wednesday
night. A second trough may bring additional snow Thursday evening
into Friday with gusty southwest to west winds of 10 to 15 mph
continuing through the period. Drier with lighter winds on
Saturday as weak offshore flow develops again.
