.DISCUSSION...CONVECTION IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER THE RINCONS AND
OR CATALINAS AFTER 1300 AND DRIFT WEST OFF THE MOUNTAINS THIS
AFTERNOON. THERE IS A GOOD CHANCE OF A THUNDERSTORM MOVING OVER THE
FIRE SOMEWHERE BETWEEN 1400 AND 1700. A GENERAL EAST TO SOUTHEAST
WIND EXISTS...HOWEVER THUNDERSTORM OUTFLOWS WILL SERIOUSLY IMPACT
THE WIND FORECAST WITH A GOOD THREAT OF A STRONG EASTERLY OUTFLOW
COMING DOWN OFF THE RINCONS. GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 45 MPH ARE POSSIBLE
TODAY. SOME RAIN IS EXPECTED IN THE CORE OF THUNDERSTORMS SO A DIRECT
HIT WOULD BE GOOD FOR A SOAKING RAIN LATER TODAY.
