LIGHT SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ON THE ORDER OF 1 TO 2 INCHES AND PERHAPS
THE SMALLEST TRACE OF SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN BEFORE ALL
PRECIPITATION QUICKLY CHANGES OVER TO RAIN.
