AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE APPROACHING FORM OFF THE SOUTHEAST COAST
COULD BECOME A SUBTROPICAL SYSTEM. CONFIDENCE IN THE TIMING AND
STRENGTH OF THIS SYSTEM IS LOW...BUT THERE COULD BE IMPACTS FOR
THE OUTLOOK AREA INCLUDING FLOODING RAIN AND POSSIBLE TORNADOES
