This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Winds will become gusty with RH values falling into the 35 to 45
percent range Friday afternoon. This will create areas of Very
High Fire Danger with regards to cropland. This could lead to
an increased potential for localized fires in areas where crops
are still in the field.

Thunderstorm chances return to the forecast late Friday night
through Saturday night. A few strong to severe storms are
possible Saturday afternoon and evening mainly south of highway
20.  Moderate to locally heavy rainfall is also possible.
