RAINFALL RATES WILL MOVE ACROSS PARTS OF THE AREA. SOME STORMS MAY MOVE
REPEATEDLY OVER THE SAME AREA...PRODUCING BANDS OF LOCALIZED HEAVY
RAINFALL TOTALS IN EXCESS OF 4 INCHES THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING. SIGNIFICANT
FLASH FLOOD POTENTIAL WOULD RESULT IN THESE AREAS.
