...A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR THE FLORIDA STRAITS THIS
   MORNING...

...SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE LATE TONIGHT...

A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL SLOWLY ORGANIZE IN THE NORTHEAST GULF OF
MEXICO THIS AFTERNOON...BEFORE MOVING SLOWLY ACROSS NORTHERN FLORIDA
AND PULLING AN ASSOCIATED TROUGH THROUGH OUR REGION LATE TONIGHT AND
EARLY SATURDAY MORNING. THIS TROUGH WILL BE PRECEDED AND ACCOMPANIED
BY SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...A FEW OF WHICH MAY BE
STRONG.

THE PRIMARY THUNDERSTORM HAZARDS WILL BE CLOUD TO SURFACE LIGHTNING
STRIKES AND STRONG GUSTY WINDS NEAR 40 MPH.
