WIDESPREAD SHOWERS WITH SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE HEAVY
RAINFALL. RAINFALL AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF AN INCH ARE LIKELY WITH
LOCALIZED AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF TWO INCHES. THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL
MAY LEAD TO MINOR FLOODING IN URBAN OR POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.

HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR CENTRAL NORTH CAROLINA.

WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE HEAVY
RAINFALL...ESPECIALLY THIS AFTERNOON AND THIS EVENING. AMOUNTS IN
EXCESS OF AN INCH WILL BE COMMON WITH LOCALIZED AMOUNTS IN EXCESS
OF TWO INCHES POSSIBLE. THE EXCESSIVE RAINFALL MAY LEAD TO MINOR
FLOODING OF URBAN AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS. A STRONG TO SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM WILL BE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH THE EARLY
EVENING. THE MAIN SEVERE WEATHER HAZARD WILL BE DAMAGING WIND
GUSTS,

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.

THE THREAT FOR HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE SATURDAY AND SUNDAY
AS NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED. THIS
ADDITIONAL RAINFALL MAY LEAD TO A THREAT OF MINOR FLOODING IN
URBAN AND POOR DRAINAGE AREA. ALSO...AN INCREASE IN WATER LEVELS
IN AREA RIVERS AND STREAMS SHOULD OCCUR.
