CENTRAL WEST VIRGINIA...PORTIONS OF NORTHERN WEST
VIRGINIA...PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN WEST VIRGINIA AND PORTIONS OF
WESTERN WEST VIRGINIA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL BRING THUNDERSTORMS WITH SMALL HAIL
AND ISOLATED HEAVY RAINFALL LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.
NEARLY SATURATED SOILS ACROSS THE REGION WILL ELEVATE THE RISK
FOR LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING WITH ANY SLOW MOVING STORMS THAT
DEVELOP.
