THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 25 KNOTS. THIS
THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 7 MILES WEST OF ROWLEY...OR 11 MILES
NORTHWEST OF BEVERLY... MOVING EAST AT 20 KNOTS.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
THATCHER ISLAND...EASTERN POINT MA...ESSEX BAY...PLUM ISLAND AND
IPSWICH BAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
