AT 608 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS
LOCATED IN THE VICINITY OF MASONBORO SEA BUOY...MOVING NORTHEAST AT
35 KNOTS.
