AT 1115 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS RECEIVED
REPORTS OF WATERSPOUTS SOUTH OF WINDLEY AND PLANTATION KEYS. BASED
ON RADAR AND SATELLITE OBSERVATIONS...THESE WATERSPOUTS FORMED WITHIN
A CLOUD LINE WHICH IS PARALLEL TO THE MIDDLE AND UPPER KEYS.
ADDITIONAL CLOUD LINES ARE FORMING WITHIN FLORIDA BAY. THROUGH 200
PM...MARINERS AND BOATERS ALONG THE REEF AND WITHIN FLORIDA BAY
SHOULD STEER CLEAR OF ANY WATERSPOUTS WHICH FORM. SMALL CRAFT CAN
EASILY BE OVERTURNED BY WATERSPOUTS. REPORT ANY SIGHTING TO THE
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE AT 305...295...1316. STAY TUNED TO NOAA
