BRIDGE...AS WELL AS THE LOWER POTOMAC. VISIBILITIES OF 1 NAUTICAL
MILE OR LESS ARE EXPECTED DURING THIS TIME. PLEASE USE EXTRA
CAUTION ON THE WATERWAYS WHEN IN LIMITED VISIBILITY.
