EAST OF DUCK TO 7 NM WEST OF MANNS HARBOR...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15

THE STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
  THE CENTER OF ROANOKE SOUND...AT 605 PM.
  OREGON INLET AT 635 PM.
  PEA ISLAND NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE..AT 650 PM.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS OF 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER WAVES...
AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY OR
REMAIN IN PORT UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.
