AT 327 PM AST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THESE THUNDERSTORM WERE
LOCATED ON THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN AMZ742 AND AMZ745.
. THE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING SLOWLY WEST.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...LIGHTNING STRIKES...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS WITH VISIBILITIES
