3 AM PDT SATURDAY...


*WINDS...N 10 TO 15 KT...BECOMING NW 15 TO 20 BY THURSDAY NIGHT.
 GUSTS UP TO 30 KT ARE POSSIBLE FRIDAY NIGHT...ESPECIALLY ACROSS
 WATERS SOUTH OF CAPE MENDOCINO. WINDS NORTH OF THE CAPE WILL
 SLOWLY DECREASE ON SATURDAY.

*WAVES...NW 4 TO 5 FT AT 7 SECONDS AND S 6 FT AT 15 SECONDS
 TONIGHT. NORTHERLY WAVES WILL BUILD TO 6 TO 7 FT AT 7 SECONDS BY
 THURSDAY AFTERNOON. THE SOUTHERLY SWELL WILL SLOWLY DECAY INTO THE
 WEEKEND. STEEP WAVES WILL PERSIST INTO THE WEEKEND... ESPECIALLY
 ACROSS THE WATERS SOUTH OF CAPE MENDOCINO.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
