  KT ACROSS THE NORTHWEST PORTION. WINDS WILL SLOWLY EASE ON
  INDEPENDENCE DAY.

* SEAS...NW WAVES 7 FT AT 9 SECONDS...AND SW 2 FT AT 16 SECONDS.
  THE LARGEST WAVES WILL BE ACROSS THE NORTHWEST PORTION.

ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
