* WINDS...NORTHWEST 20 TO 25 KNOTS. WINDS WILL BEGIN TO SLOWLY
  DIMINISH LATER ON TONIGHT.

* WAVES...WAVES OF 3 TO 5 FEET ON LAKE MICHIGAN AND NEAR DEATH`S
  DOOR WILL SLOWLY DIMINISH OVERNIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OVER 20 KNOTS OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.  INEXPERIENCED MARINERS, ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
