...GUSTY SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL BUILD HIGH WAVES THIS AFTERNOON
INTO EARLY MONDAY MORNING...

.SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL INCREASE THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT AS A
TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE SWINGS THROUGH THE AREA. THE FAVORABLE
ONSHORE FETCH OF THESE WINDS SHOULD HELP BUILD HIGH WAVES IN ICE
FREE AREAS THROUGH EARLY MONDAY MORNING.

AFTERNOON TO 9 AM CST MONDAY...

* SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 15 TO 25 KNOTS THIS AFTERNOON
  AND EVENING...THEN DIMINISH AFTER MIDNIGHT.

* WAVES WILL BUILD TO 4 TO 7 FEET BY THIS EVENING AND NIGHT IN
  ICE FREE AREAS. WAVES WILL SLOWLY SUBSIDE MONDAY MORNING AS
  WINDS WEAKEN AND TURN SOUTHWEST.

* FREEZING SPRAY WILL BE POSSIBLE BY TONIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OVER 20 KNOTS OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
