...STRONG SOUTHEAST WINDS AND LARGE SEAS DEVELOPING TONIGHT...

.A strong high far northeast of the area and a persistent
surface trough northwest of Kauai will produce strengthening
southeast winds across most of the windward waters and waters
around the Big Island. Strong winds and an incoming east swell
will produce combined seas above advisory level. Winds and seas
are expected to stay strong and elevated, with further strengthen
forecast for next week.

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM HST MONDAY...

The National Weather Service in Honolulu has issued a Small Craft
Advisory, which is in effect until 6 AM HST Monday.

* Winds and Seas...East winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30
  kt. Seas 6 to 11 feet.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that winds speeds of 25 to 33 knots
and/or seas 10 feet or greater are expected to produce conditions
hazardous to small craft. Inexperienced mariners, especially
those operating smaller vessels, should avoid navigating in these
conditions.
