* WATER LEVELS...AROUND 2 FEET BELOW NORMAL NEAR MORGANS POINT
  SLOWLY RISING ON THE INCOMING TIDE. TIDE LEVELS SHOULD RETURN TO
  AROUND 1 FOOT BELOW NORMAL THIS AFTERNOON.

* CURRENTS...STRONG CURRENTS ARE LIKELY. SHOALING WILL BE POSSIBLE
  IN SOME OF THE SHALLOW LOCATIONS THIS AFTERNOON.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A LOW WATER ADVISORY MEANS WATER LEVELS ARE EXPECTED TO BE
SIGNIFICANTLY BELOW AVERAGE. MARINERS SHOULD USE EXTREME CAUTION
AND TRANSIT AT THE SLOWEST SAFE NAVIGABLE SPEED TO MINIMIZE
IMPACT.
