  NORTH OF GOLD BEACH. WINDS WILL DIMINISH WEDNESDAY EVENING.

* SEAS...STEEP 10 TO 13 FEET SEAS DUE TO MIXED WEST SWELL AT 12
  SECONDS AND 17 SECONDS. SEAS WILL BECOME DOMINATED BY WEST SWELL
  AT 16 SECONDS THIS EVENING. TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY, EXPECT STEEP
  10 TO 13 FT SEAS DUE TO A MIX OF WEST SWELL AND STEEP SHORT
  PERIOD WIND SEAS. STEEP SEAS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH EARLY
  THURSDAY MORNING. VERY LONG PERIOD WEST SWELL IS EXPECTED THIS
  WEEKEND.

* AREAS AFFECTED...ALL AREAS WILL BE IMPACTED BY STEEP SEAS
