  SEAS 8 TO 11 FEET THIS MORNING WILL BUILD TO 14 TO 15 FEET AT 18
  SECONDS TONIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING. SEAS WILL THEN REMAIN
  ABOVE 10 FEET THROUGH SUNDAY AFTERNOON.
