WINDS REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 2 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 11 AM PDT
SATURDAY. A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR HAZARDOUS SEAS REMAINS IN
EFFECT FROM 2 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 11 AM PDT SATURDAY.

* WINDS: NORTH 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 35 MPH LATE THIS MORNING
  THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING.

* SEAS: BECOMING STEEP TO VERY STEEP AND WIND WAVE DOMINATED AT 7
  TO 11 FEET THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING THEN WIND WAVES WILL
  DIMINISH AND NORTHWEST SWELL AT 12 SECONDS WILL INCREASE WITH
  SEAS CONTINUING AT 7 TO 11 FEET THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING.

* AREAS AFFECTED: ALL AREAS WILL BE AFFECTED BY STRONG WINDS THIS
  AFTERNOON THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING. MOST AREAS WILL BE AFFECTED
  BY STEEP SEAS. BUT AS WINDS REACH A PEAK THIS EVENING, VERY
  STEEP SEAS WILL OCCUR FROM PORT ORFORD SOUTH 10 NM FROM SHORE
  AND BEYOND.

CONDITIONS.

BE STEEP ENOUGH TO CREATE A POTENTIAL HAZARD TO SMALL CRAFT.

A HAZARDOUS SEAS WARNING MEANS HAZARDOUS SEA CONDITIONS ARE
IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. RECREATIONAL BOATERS SHOULD REMAIN IN
PORT...OR TAKE SHELTER UNTIL WAVES SUBSIDE.  COMMERCIAL VESSELS
SHOULD PREPARE FOR ROUGH SEAS AND CONSIDER REMAINING IN PORT OR

* SEAS: 5 TO 7 FEET CHOPPY SEAS THIS AFTERNOON...BUILDING TO STEEP
  6 TO 9 FEET SEAS THIS EVENING. STEEP SEAS WILL PERSIST
  TONIGHT...BECOMING LIMITED TO AREAS NEAR CAPE BLANCO SATURDAY
  MORNING. SEAS WILL TRANSITION FROM WIND WAVE DOMINATED SEAS TO
  SWELL DOMINATED SEAS AT 12 SECONDS LATE TONIGHT INTO SATURDAY
  MORNING.

* AREAS AFFECTED: THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL OCCUR SOUTH OF CAPE
  ARAGO. STEEP SEAS WILL BUILD OVER ALL THE WATERS BY THIS EVENING
