.HURRICANE MARIA IS FORECAST TO TRACK SLOWLY NORTHWARD OFFSHORE
OF THE COASTAL WATERS INTO WEDNESDAY AND THEN MOVING OUT TO THE
NORTHEAST LATE WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY. MARIA IS FORECAST TO
PRODUCE A PROLONGED PERIOD OF STRONG NORTHERLY WINDS GUSTING TO
50 KNOTS AND DANGEROUS SEAS OF AROUND 20 FEET. MARINERS ARE
ADVISED TO REMAIN IN PORT.
