...DANGEROUS COASTAL STORM EXPECTED TO IMPACT THE WATERS THROUGH
EARLY MONDAY MORNING...

.LOW PRESSURE IS FORECAST TO RAPIDLY STRENGTHEN OFF THE NORTH
CAROLINA COAST TONIGHT. THE LOW WILL PRODUCE GALE TO STORM FORCE
WINDS THROUGH TONIGHT WITH SEAS 15 TO 20 FEET.

MODERATE TO STRONG WESTERLY FLOW IS EXPECTED IN THE WAKE OF THE
COASTAL LOW AHEAD OF...AND BEHIND...A STRONG COLD FRONT WHICH IS
FORECAST TO MOVE ACROSS THE WATERS MONDAY NIGHT. THIS FLOW WILL
HELP MAINTAIN ELEVATED SEAS OF 6 FEET OR HIGHER THROUGH MUCH OF
NEXT WEEK.
