.SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL INCREASE THROUGH LATE TONIGHT THEN EVENTUALLY
TURN WESTERLY EARLY TUESDAY AS LOW PRESSURE LIFTS FROM LOUISIANA TO
THE TENNESSEE VALLEY. WINDS SHOULD GRADUALLY DECREASE IN SPEED
TUESDAY AFTERNOON.
