* LOCATION...THE ATLANTIC COASTAL WATERS OF NEW JERSEY AND
  DELAWARE.

* WINDS...INCREASING TO SOUTHWEST 15 TO 25 KT WITH GUSTS UP TO 35
  KT THIS AFTERNOON, BECOMING NORTHWEST 25 TO 35 KT WITH GUSTS UP
  TO 45 KT LATER TONIGHT INTO SUNDAY MORNING.

* SEAS...2 TO 4 FEET, BECOMING 7 TO 10 FEET LATER THIS AFTERNOON
  AND TONIGHT BEFORE DECREASING SLOWLY ON SUNDAY.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL BEGIN TO INCREASE THIS MORNING. SEAS WILL
  SUBSEQUENTLY INCREASE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THE STRONGEST
  WINDS ARE EXPECTED BEHIND A COLD FRONT WHICH WILL MOVE THROUGH
  LATE SATURDAY NIGHT INTO EARLY SUNDAY MORNING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A GALE WARNING MEANS WINDS OF 34 TO 47 KNOTS ARE IMMINENT OR
OCCURRING. OPERATING A VESSEL IN GALE CONDITIONS REQUIRES
EXPERIENCE AND PROPERLY EQUIPPED VESSELS. IT IS HIGHLY
RECOMMENDED THAT MARINERS WITHOUT THE PROPER EXPERIENCE SEEK SAFE
HARBOR PRIOR TO THE ONSET OF GALE CONDITIONS.
