...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY THROUGH TONIGHT FOR THE OUTER WATERS...

.A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE THROUGH CALIFORNIA AND BRING
STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS AND LARGE SHORT-PERIOD SWELL TO THE OUTER
COASTAL WATERS THROUGH LATE TONIGHT. THE LARGE SWELL WILL CONTINUE
INTO WEDNESDAY. THE COMBINATION OF THESE STRONG WINDS AND STEEP
SEAS WILL MAKE CONDITIONS HAZARDOUS FOR SMALL CRAFT IN THE OUTER
WATERS TONIGHT. WINDS WILL DIMINISH LATE TONIGHT WHILE THE SWELL
GRADUALLY LOWERS WEDNESDAY.

* SEAS...COMBINED SEAS 7 TO 10 FEET.

* TIMING...THROUGH LATE TONIGHT.

* IMPACTS...STRONG WINDS AND STEEP SEAS WILL CREATE ROUGH
  CONDITIONS FOR SMALL CRAFT.

* OUTLOOK...HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS FOR SMALL CRAFT ARE LIKELY TO
  OCCUR AGAIN FRIDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH SATURDAY DUE TO STRONG
  NORTHWEST WINDS AND STEEP SWELL.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR COMBINED SEAS OF 10 FEET OR GREATER ARE EXPECTED TO
PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED
MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD
AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
