OUTER COASTAL WATERS BY LATE THIS AFTERNOON. THIS WILL PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS FOR SMALL CRAFT. WINDS WILL DIMINISH BY
WEDNESDAY MORNING.
