VISIBILITY SHOULD ONLY BE REDUCED O 2 OR 3 MILES. FOG SHOULD
STEADILY DISSIPATE THROUGH LATE MORNING. UNTIL IT HAS
COMPLETELY DIMINISHED...TRAVELERS ACROSS THESE AREAS SHOULD BE ALERT
FOR SUDDEN REDUCTIONS IN VISIBILITY AND SLOW DOWN ACCORDINGLY.
