PATCHY FOG IS EXPECTED ACROSS THE AREA EARLY THIS MORNING. THE
FOG MAY BE DENSE IN SOME LOCATIONS WITH VISIBILITIES LESS THAN A
QUARTER MILE. PEOPLE DRIVING THROUGH THE AREA SHOULD USE EXTRA
CAUTION AND BE PREPARED TO SLOW DOWN IF DENSE FOG IS ENCOUNTERED.
THE FOG SHOULD DISSIPATE BY 900 AM EDT.
