ISOLATED TO WIDELY SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL
DEVELOP ALONG THE SEA BREEZE AND DRIFT NORTHEAST ACROSS THE COASTAL
MARSHES OF LOUISIANA THROUGH NOON. THE STORMS WILL BECOME MORE NUMEROUS
ACROSS THE LOWER ATCHAFALAYA BASIN AND SOME ISOLATED LOCATIONS MAY
RECEIVE AROUND HALF AN INCH OF RAINFALL OVER AN HOUR. BRIEF HEAVY
RAINFALL AND OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING WILL BE THE MAIN THREATS WITH
THIS ACTIVITY. ADDITIONAL ISOLATED SHOWERS WILL DRIFT EAST TO
NORTHEAST ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS.
