.NOW...
Initial shower and isolated lightning storm development is expected
along the east coast sea breeze just inland from the Treasure coast
and also across Lake county where mid level cloudiness is thinning
and convection is developing on the west coast sea breeze west of
the area. Later into the afternoon and evening...storm coverage is
expected to increase near the Interstate 4 corridor as sea breeze
boundaries and thunderstorm outflow converge across the interior.
Some storms may become strong later today with frequent cloud to
ground lightning...gusty downburst winds and locally heavy rainfall
amounts of up to two to four inches.
