.STRONG SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE BEHIND AN ARCTIC COLD FRONT WILL
STRENGTHEN THE PRESSURE GRADIENT ACROSS THE LOWER TEXAS COAST
THURSDAY. THE STRONG NORTH WINDS WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE COASTAL
SECTIONS OF DEEP SOUTH TEXAS THURSDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH AT LEAST

* IMPACTS...MOVE LIGHT AND MODERATE WEIGHT ITEMS...SUCH AS PATIO
