* TIMING...STRONG WINDS WILL DEVELOP THIS MORNING.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 30 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS TO AROUND 65 MPH.

* IMPACTS...MAINLY TO TRANSPORTATION. STRONG AND GUSTY
  CROSSWINDS WILL POSE A SIGNIFICANT BLOW OVER RISK FOR HIGH
  PROFILE AND LIGHTWEIGHT VEHICLES. IN ADDITION...FALLING AND
  BLOWING SNOW WILL LIMIT VISIBILITIES ALONG INTERSTATE 80 IN
  THESE AREAS.
