* WINDS...EAST WINDS 40 TO 50 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 60 MPH.

* IMPACTS...STRONG WINDS WILL MAKE DRIVING HAZARDOUS...
  ESPECIALLY IN HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. BLOWING DIRT AND DUST AT
  THE SUMMIT OF MAUNA KEA CAN MAKE DRIVING HAZARDOUS.
