...Windy Conditions Across the Mountains and Adjacent Foothills
early this Morning...

.A strong upper level storm system will continue move across the
Ohio and Tennessee Valleys today. This system is producing strong
and gusty winds up to 45 mph across the higher elevations, but
will subside become advisory criteria by daybreak.

...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM EST EARLY THIS
MORNING...

* EVENT...Southwest winds remain strong and gusty across the
  higher elevations with gusts up to 45 mph.

* TIMING...Winds will subside below advisory criteria by daybreak.

* IMPACTS...These winds may down small trees or tree limbs...as
  well as power lines. Loose outdoor objects should be secured.
  Winds this strong can make travel difficult, especially for
  high profile vehicles.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that winds of 26 to 39 mph and/or gusts of
40 to 57 mph are expected or occurring. Winds this strong can
make driving difficult...especially for high profile vehicles.
