THE WIDESPREAD FOG FROM EARLIER THIS MORNING HAS GENERALLY LIFTED
AND SHOULD REMAIN PATCHY THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE DAY.

* LOCATIONS...IN IDAHO: GENERALLY AROUND THE MOSCOW AREA. IN
  WASHINGTON: HIGHWAY 195 CORRIDOR FROM SPOKANE TO PULLMAN TO
  UNIONTOWN... HIGHWAY 2 FROM NEWPORT TO DAVENPORT...AND NORTHERN
  PORTIONS OF THE SPOKANE AREA.

* IMPACTS...THE COMBINATION OF DENSE FOG AND FREEZING
  TEMPERATURES WILL CREATE SLICK ROADS AND VISIBILITIES OF A
  QUARTER MILE OR LESS AT TIMES.
