WASHINGTON...

.FOG THAT DEVELOPED TODAY IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN THROUGH TOMORROW
MORNING. SOME PORTIONS OF THE LOWER COLUMBIA BASIN HAVE IMPROVED
THIS AFTERNOON BUT FOG IS EXPECTED TO RETURN THIS EVENING.

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM PST THURSDAY.

* VISIBILITY: AREAS OF VISIBILITIES LESS THAN ONE QUARTER OF A
  MILE.

* TIMING: VISIBILITIES HAVE IMPROVED IN PORTIONS OF THE
  COLUMBIA BASIN THIS AFTERNOON BUT REMAIN LOW IN THE YAKIMA
  VALLEY AND ALONG I-84 IN THE HORSE HEAVEN HILLS.
  VISIBILITIES ARE EXPECTED TO LOWER THIS EVENING AND REMAIN
  THROUGH TOMORROW MORNING BEFORE BEGINNING TO IMPROVE.

* IMPACTS: LOW VISIBILITIES WILL MAKE TRAVEL DIFFICULT.
  MOTORISTSSHOULD SLOW DOWN AND BE PREPARED FOR SUDDEN
  VISIBILITY CHANGES. TEMPERATURES MAY DROP TO NEAR OR BELOW
  FREEZING TONIGHT AND ROADS MAY BECOME SLICK DUE TO THIN
  DEPOSITS OF ICE FROM THE FOG.
