...WIND ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 4 AM PST EARLY THIS MORNING...

Strong winds of around 55 mph observed overnight in the Spring
Mountains and Red Rock Canyon will gradually diminish during the
next few hours. However, it will stay windy with gusts up to 40
mph possible at times today.

* IMPACTS...Winds gusting over 40 mph can make driving
  difficult...especially for high profile vehicles on
  north-south oriented roads.

Drivers of vans...campers...trailers...and other high profile
vehicles should be alert to the danger of these winds.
