.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Jose was located near 38.4N 70.3W at
5 AM EDT this morning, and was moving NE or 040 degrees at 07 kt.
Jose will move to 39.1N 69.3W at 2 PM this afternoon, to 39.6N
68.1W by 2 AM tonight, to 39.5N 67.8W by 2 PM Thu, to 39.2N 68.3W
by 2 AM Thu night as a post-tropical low, to 38.9N 69.4W by 2 AM
Fri night, to 39.2N 69.5W by 2 AM Sat night, then to 39.5N 68.9W
by 2 AM Sun night. S to SE swell from Jose will impact the waters
today into tonight. Hurricane Maria is expected to approach the
area from the S Sun night and move to just S of the waters near
30.5N 73.0W by 2 AM Sun night. S to SE swell from Maria is
expected to move through the area Fri into Sun night. Refer to
the latest National Hurricane Center advisories on Tropical Storm
Jose and Hurricane Maria. Otherwise, a high pres ridge will build
over the S waters today through Fri, then weaken Fri night.
