SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A HIGH PRES RIDGE ACROSS THE
WATERS WILL SHIFT E OF THE AREA TONIGHT. A WARM FRONT WILL LIFT
NE INTO THE WATERS EARLY MON. A DEVELOPING LOW ON THE WARM FRONT
WILL PASS E ACROSS THE GULF OF MAINE LATE MON INTO EARLY MON
NIGHT...THEN MOVE OFF TO THE NE LATER MON NIGHT INTO TUE WHILE
PULLING A TRAILING COLD FRONT SE ACROSS THE WATERS. A WEAK HIGH
PRES RIDGE WILL BUILD TOWARDS THE COAST TUE NIGHT AND THEN WEAKEN
WED. A SERIES OF LOW PRES CENTERS WILL TRACK NE NEAR GEORGES BANK
TUE INTO THU. ANOTHER LOW WILL THEN DEVELOP NEAR THE NRN MID ATLC
COAST THU NIGHT...AND WILL REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY FRI AND FRI
