HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A STRONG HIGH PRES RIDGE WILL
SLOWLY BUILD IN FROM THE W TODAY INTO TONIGHT...WHILE A SERIES OF
LOW PRES TROUGHS PASS SE ACROSS THE WATERS. THE RIDGE WILL REACH
THE COAST TONIGHT...MOVE OFFSHORE EARLY SUN...THEN PASS E OVER
THE WATERS LATER SUN INTO SUN NIGHT. A WARM FRONT WILL LIFT NE
ACROSS THE AREA SUN NIGHT AND MON. A DEVELOPING LOW WILL FORM
OVER THE GULF OF MAINE MON AFTERNOON...THEN MOVE OFF TO THE NE
LATE MON AND MON NIGHT WHILE PULLING A STRONG COLD FRONT E OVER
THE WATERS. ANOTHER RIDGE WILL PASS E OVER THE AREA
