New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A stationary front across the
waters will lift N as a warm front tonight, while weak high
pressure S of the front moves E of the area. Intensifying low
pressure will track E and NE from the Great Lakes tonight into
Tue, reach Maine by Tue night, and the Canadian Maritimes Wed. A
strong cold front associated with the low will move E over the
waters late Tue and Tue night, followed by a secondary cold front
moving SE over the area Wed into Wed night. A strong high
pressure ridge will build E toward the coast Thu and Thu night as
low pressure forms E of the waters. The ridge will reach the
coast Fri, move E across the waters Fri night and Sat, then shift
SE of the area Sat night as a cold front moves into the Great
Lakes region.
