New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

The U.S. Coast Guard is currently experiencing degradation in
image quality of all HFFAX products. Troubleshooting of the
problem is taking place.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pres ridge will move E
across the S waters tonight, while a warm front lifts N across
the Gulf of Maine. A strong cold front will approach from the W
Mon through Tue night, then slowly move E over the waters Wed
through Thu. A developing low is expected to move N along the
front and pass across the waters Wed night into Thu. Another
ridge will build E across the waters Thu night through Fri night.
