.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A high pressure ridge over the
waters will persist through Tue then will drift further W through
Thu. A weakening cold front will move slowly E into the N waters
tonight and dissipate by morning. Another cold front will move
into the waters Thu night and move S across the waters Fri and
Fri night before dissipating. A coastal trough will develop Thu
night through Sat as high pressure builds in from the NW. The
high pressure area NW of the region and coastal trough weaken on
Sat night.
