HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A COLD FRONT WILL APPROACH THE
NW PORTION TONIGHT AND MOVE INTO THE WATERS WED AND WED
NIGHT...PASS OVER THE CENTRAL PORTION THU AND THEN DISSIPATE BY
EARLY THU NIGHT. HIGH PRES WILL BUILD ACROSS THE CENTRAL WATERS
FROM THE SW TONIGHT AND WED...THEN BECOME WEAKER LATER WED INTO
THU...AND REMAIN ACROSS THE SRN WATERS FRI AND FRI NIGHT. A LOW
PRES TROUGH ALONG THE SRN CALIFORNIA COAST WILL REMAIN TONIGHT
INTO WED...AND THEN WEAKEN WED AND WED NIGHT. LOW PRES WILL MOVE
INTO THE FAR NW WATERS FRI AND LIFT N OF THE AREA FRI NIGHT AND
SAT. HIGH PRES WILL BUILD IN FROM THE W AND NW OVER THE NRN AND
CENTRAL WATERS LATE SAT AND SAT NIGHT...THEN PERSIST TO THE W OF
THE AREA THROUGH SUN NIGHT. A COASTAL TROUGH WILL DEVELOP ALONG
THE CENTRAL AND SRN COASTS SUN AND SUN NIGHT.
