.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A strong low pres trough near
the N California coast will continue through Mon night, weaken
Tue, then persist through Thu night. A high pres ridge just NW of
the waters will slowly strengthen while drifting NW today and
tonight, and stall NW of the area Mon and Mon night. The ridge
will slowly return SE while weakening Tue and Tue night, then
persist just N of the waters Wed through Thu night.
