New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pres ridge will move E
over the waters tonight and Thu, then pass E of the area Thu
night. A weak cold front will pass E over the Gulf of Maine Fri
into Fri night. Developing low pres will move NE across the SE
waters later Sat and Sat night, then accelerate off to the NE
Sun. Another ridge will pass e over the waters Sun night into Mon
night. Another weak cold front will move E to the Maine coast
Mon night.
