ALONG 40N TUE NIGHT INTO EARLY WED AS IT CONTINUES TO INTENSIFY.
HIGH PRES WILL BUILD E INTO THE REGION LATER WED INTO THU. A WARM
FRONT WILL LIFT NE INTO THE WATERS THU NIGHT. ANOTHER STRONG COLD
