SUMMARY FOR NORTHEASTERN AND CENTRAL NEVADA...

METEOROLOGICAL WINTER 2014-2015 FEATURED A VERY DOMINANT AND
REPETITIVE HIGH PRESSURE PATTERN OVER THE WESTERN UNITED STATES.
WHILE SOME STORM SYSTEMS MANAGED TO MAKE IT THROUGH...MOST
STORMS AND ACCOMPANYING COLD AIR WERE DEFLECTED WELL TO THE
NORTH OF THE AREA. THIS RESULTED IN RECORD TO NEAR RECORD
WARMTH ACROSS THE AREA...WITH BELOW NORMAL PRECIPITATION AND
SNOWFALL.
