HOURS BEFORE DIMINISHING IN THE MORNING...TEMPERATURES WILL COOL
GRADUALLY ALLOWING RELATIVE HUMIDITIES TO CONTINUE TO MODERATE.

RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL RANGE BETWEEN 50 AND 70 PERCENT THROUGH
THE NIGHT WITH NORTHWEST WINDS GUSTING BETWEEN 20 TO 25 MPH
BETWEEN MIDNIGHT AND 6 AM.
