THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN ANCHORAGE HAS ISSUED A RED FLAG
WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM TO 9 PM AKDT SUNDAY. THE
FIRE WEATHER WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* LOCATION...MIDDLE KUSKOKWIM VALLEY.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30
  MPH...STRONGEST IN THE EVENING.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...AS LOW AS 20 PERCENT.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE MID TO UPPER 70S.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL INCREASE ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON DURING PEAK
  HEATING...ALLOWING RH VALUES TO FALL BELOW 25 PERCENT. THESE
  WINDS WILL PERSIST UNTIL LATE EVENING...ALLOWING CONDITIONS TO
  IMPROVE OVERNIGHT.

* IMPACTS...RAPID IGNITION...GROWTH AND SPREAD OF FIRES WILL BE
  POSSIBLE.
