...FIRE WEATHER WATCH NOW IN EFFECT FROM 8 AM TO 8 PM PST SUNDAY
FOR STRONG WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY FOR PORTIONS OF SAN DIEGO
COUNTY...

.Gusty northeasterly winds will redevelop late Saturday night
through Sunday evening across portions of San Bernardino,
Riverside and Orange Counties, with low relative humidity pushing
in Sunday morning. Gusts around 55 mph are expected in the usual
windy locations with possible isolated gusts near 70 mph. A Red
Flag Warning has been issued for 8 AM through 8 PM Sunday for
those locations. San Diego County may not see as strong of winds
or very low humidity with this event, however there is still time
for them to increase over the next day or so for Sunday.
Therefore, San Diego valleys and mountains remain in a Fire
Weather Watch from 8 AM to 8 PM Sunday.

...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 8 AM TO 8 PM PST SUNDAY FOR LOW
HUMIDITY AND GUSTY OFFSHORE WINDS...

The National Weather Service in San Diego has issued a a Red Flag
Warning...which is in effect from 8 AM to 8 PM PST Sunday. The
Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.

* WIND...Northeast 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 55 mph Saturday
  night through Sunday evening. Isolated gusts near 70 mph on
  remote coastal slopes and through wind-prone canyons.

* HUMIDITY...Minimum 10 to 15 percent Sunday morning through
  Sunday evening.

* TIMING...8 AM through 8 PM Sunday.

* OUTLOOK...Winds will weaken Sunday night.

* FIRE WEATHER IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely
  spread rapidly and be difficult to contain. Outdoor burning
  should be avoided.

* WIND IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions for high profile
  vehicles. Specific freeways that may be impacted include
  interstates 5, 405, 10, 215, and 15. Blowing dust or sand may
  locally reduce visibility to 1 mile. Debris on roadways and
  falling tree branches possible.

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now....or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds...low relative humidity...and heat can contribute to
extreme fire behavior.

The National Weather Service in San Diego has issued a a Red Flag
Warning...which is in effect from 8 AM to 8 PM PST Sunday.

* LOCATION...Between Huntington Beach and the San Diego County
  border.

* WIND...Northeast 15 to 25 mph, with gusts around 35 mph.

* HUMIDITY...Around 15 percent

* TIMING...8 AM through 8 PM Sunday.

* OUTLOOK...Winds will weaken Sunday night.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now....or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.

* LOCATION...Mainly along the coastal mountain slopes, extending
  into the adjacent valley areas in northern San Diego County.

* WIND...East to northeast 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph.

* HUMIDITY...15-20 percent.

* TIMING...8 AM through 8 PM Sunday.

* OUTLOOK...Winds will weaken Sunday night.

* FIRE WEATHER IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread
  rapidly and be difficult to contain. Outdoor burning should be
  avoided.
