DAILY RIVER AND LAKE SUMMARY
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE COLUMBIA SC
1028 AM EDT FRI JUL 3 2015

...All river forecast points are expected to remain below flood stage...

Deep upper level troughing persists over the region through the weekend.
Numerous impulses of energy moving through the trough will keep most
of the forecast area unsettled. This pattern coupled with convergence
along a low pressure trough lying though the region will allow for a
chance of showers and thunderstorms throughout the forecast period.

River levels are expected to rise slightly with major river forecast
points remaining below flood stage. The primary threat during the
forecast period will be associated with localized flash flooding in
urban and small stream basins from heavier downpours associated with
training showers and thunderstorms.
