Daily River And Lake Summary
National Weather Service Columbia Sc
1158 AM EDT Fri Jun 23 2017

...All River Forecast Points were below Flood Stage this morning...

Scattered showers yesterday produced brief light to heavy rain
with most locations receiving less than one-tenth of an inch.

Only widely scattered late-day showers and thunderstorms are
expected today, with a somewhat drier atmosphere in place.
The approach of a front from the upstate Saturday combined with
a resurgence of moisture and some upper-level energy will support
a more active weather pattern.

Rainfall amounts of one-half to one inch are likely through
Saturday night, with locally higher amounts in storms. Falling river
levels are expected overall on the Pee Dee and Wateree Rivers,
with minor fluctuations on other area rivers through Sunday.
