Patchy dense fog has developed in north central and west central
Minnesota and will persist until mid morning.

Dry and warmer weather is expected today across the Red River Valley
as high pressure moves east out of the area. High temperatures will
reach the 60s at most locations. Temperatures could reach near 70
degrees for areas near the international border.

Winds will remain light and variable this morning, but breezy
southeast winds will develop this afternoon with gusts up to 30 mph.
Skies will be mostly sunny with a few high clouds for much of the
day. Cloud cover will begin to increase from south to north this
afternoon.

Chances for scattered showers will return on Thursday and continue
on and off through the holiday weekend.
