SKIES WERE CLOUDY ACROSS MUCH OF NORTHERN ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST
INDIANA BY LATE AFTERNOON. TEMPERATURES WERE IN THE MID 50S TO MID
60S WITH WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS.

A COLD FRONT WILL BRING A SLIGHT CHANCE OF RAIN IN THE
EVENING...CLIPPING NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA INTO
TONIGHT. THE RAIN WILL MOVE EAST OF THE AREA AFTER MIDNIGHT. THEN
COOLER NORTH NORTHEAST WINDS ARE IN STORE FOR THE AREA
TUESDAY...AS WEAK HIGH PRESSURE RIDGING SPREADS ACROSS THE REGION.
HIGHS WILL RANGE IN THE 55 TO 60 RANGE WELL WEST TO SOUTHWEST OF
THE LAKE. TEMPERATURES ALONG THE LAKE SHORE WILL LIKELY NOT MAKE
IT OUT OF THE MID 40S. THE GOOD NEWS HOWEVER IS THAT THIS COOL
DOWN WILL BE BRIEF. TEMPERATURES IN THE 60S ARE EXPECTED FOR
WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY.
