.SYNOPSIS...
A cold frontal system will be moving into the area today, bringing
rain showers and snow above approximately 5000 feet to the area.
Breezy west-southwest winds will also be common ahead of this cold
front, with gusts over 30 mph likely at the higher elevations.
Temperatures will remain below normal as this system moves
through. A brief break in precipitation will be possible during
the day Monday before the next system moves in Monday evening.
