...PATCHY DENSE FOG CONTINUES ACROSS DEEP SOUTH TEXAS...

Surface observations continue to indicate areas of fog reducing
visibilities to below one mile across much of Cameron, Hidalgo,
Willacy, Kenedy, and Brooks counties. Localized areas of dense fog
with visibilities of one-quarter mile or less will also persist
for the next hour or so. Be aware that visibilities may vary
greatly over short distances. Fog should begin to lift around mid-
morning as winds increase. Motorists are reminded to slow down,
use low- beam headlights, and drive with extra caution, especially
when encountering dense fog.
