MORNING...

TEMPERATURES SLOWLY RISING THROUGH THE MIDDLE 30S ALONG THE
NORTHERN BLUE RIDGE OF WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA WILL LARGELY END THE
THREAT OF ISOLATED FREEZING RAIN OR FREEZING DRIZZLE THROUGH
DAYBREAK. LOW CLOUDS AND FOG REDUCING VISIBILITY TO ONE HALF MILE
AT TIMES WILL BE THE MAIN HAZARD TO TRAVEL THROUGH DAYBREAK.
